The Gamma Xi chapter of ΤΣΔ had its first meeting on Thursday, March 29, primarily to discuss Society objectives and potential projects and activities to launch in the upcoming school year. Future initiatives include diverse projects from attending lectures and touring Chicago architecture firms to organizing a tutor group and mentorship program. Elections were held to fill the three primary leadership positions. After very close tallies, the following people were named officers-elect: Christian Korta, President; David Easterday, Secretary; and Lindsay Wehmeier, Treasurer. Their terms will officially commence when they take their respective oaths of office at the time of the initiation ceremony, presently scheduled for Tuesday, April 24.
