Responsibilities of the Secretary (for more detail, see Art. VI, sec. 11)

1. Record and read minutes at Chapter meetings

2. Maintain roll of the Chapter

3. Coordinate induction of new membership by sending (1) names of new members to the Grand Chapter Administrative Assistant (co-ordinate with Faculty Advisor); alphabetical order, as names are to appear on certificates; (2) coordinate with Architecture Department Administrative Assistant the payment for membership to the Grand Chapter (submit individual checks and request the preparation of a single check for the Grand Chapter)

4. Maintain nominations for officers and honorary membership
